Baseline audits are offered for:

  1. PAY Check – Check up to 4 Employees (or position types) pays, entitlements and award coverage.
  2. HR Contract and Policy Review –Evaluation of your employment contracts and HR policies to identify gaps and ensure alignment with current Fair Work regulations. This service is a gap analysis to confirm that your employment contract and HR policies meet the latest legal requirements and reflect your business needs.
  3. WHS Wellbeing Check—An assessment of your business’s readiness to manage mental health and workplace stress under the Psychosocial Code of Practice. It reviews your processes for handling stress, interpersonal issues, and bullying, providing recommendations to ensure compliance with PCBU duties of care.

    - An invoice will be raised for payment which is due at commencement of work.
    - After receiving and processing your order, a member of the Business 360 team will contact you to coordinate your review.
