Why Business 360 Was Created
Business 360 was established in 2018 after recognising a gap in the way many small and medium businesses were being supported with workplace matters.
Many employers were relying on low-contact helplines, generic templates, reactive advice or fee-for-service support after issues had already escalated. Often, there was little ongoing understanding of the business, its challenges, or the practical realities facing managers day to day.
At the same time, workplace obligations were evolving. Employers were increasingly expected to take a more proactive approach, including maintaining appropriate systems, addressing issues earlier, and supporting safer and more consistent workplaces.
Business 360 was created to provide a more active, personalised and supportive approach. We combine workplace systems, manager guidance and ongoing support to help SMEs better manage responsibilities before issues become larger disruptions.
